ALBA CORP is seeking a reliable and detail-driven HR Executive to support our daily HR operations, with a strong focus on payroll processing and employee records management. This role is ideal for someone who values accuracy, confidentiality, and structure—and enjoys being the go-to person for HR and payroll matters.
You’ll play an important role in ensuring our people processes run smoothly, supporting employees and leadership while maintaining full compliance with UAE labor regulations.
What You’ll Be Doing
HR & Payroll Operations
- Process monthly payroll accurately, including overtime, deductions, and allowances
- Maintain employee files, contracts, and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding with complete and timely paperwork
- Prepare HR letters, reports, and documentation as required
Collaboration & Communication
- Act as the main point of contact for employee payroll and HR-related queries
- Coordinate closely with the finance team to meet payroll timelines
- Support the HR Manager in communicating policies and updates
- Assist with internal HR communications and administration
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure HR data is accurate and compliant with UAE labor laws
- Maintain attendance, leave, and payroll records
- Prepare monthly HR reports and basic metrics
- Organize payroll documentation for audits and reviews
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of experience in an HR or payroll-focused role in the UAE
- Good understanding of UAE labor law and payroll regulations
- Strong Excel skills and experience with HR/payroll systems
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
